  • Replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • To request a replacement, customers must provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and personalized/customized products are not eligible for replacement.
  • Cosmetics and skincare products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns.

3. Replacement Process

  • Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, a replacement will be processed.
  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
  • Replacements are subject to availability of the item in stock.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • In such cases, Ethereal Petal will cover the return shipping cost for the replacement item.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or product variations, subject to stock availability.
